The Project: STRONG System
Our system is aimed to teach the student to be able to stand up for themselves, and if necessary, to protect oneself. Our method is not based on One particular style, but is rooted in a solid foundation of concepts and mechanics.
Our system is designed to help the student develop a positive life outlook, an attitude of gratitude, and the mental strength, and self discipline, to tackle life's challenges head on.
The human body was designed to move! Our aim is to help the student learn to move their body with confidence, competence, and efficiency. Our method helps the student to become strong, well conditioned, balanced, agile and so much more.
